COLE Talking Points for ARPA Funding

COLE is seeking $5 million of ARPA funding as a seed investment for the establishment of a Lead-Free and Healthy Homes Fund which we anticipate growing to $100 million over the next several years.  Without this ARPA funding, it will be an enormous challenge for COLE to create such a fund.

Please see the attached for the excellent Talking Points that Tony has put together for those who want to offer testimony.  Your presence is vital whether you speak or not.  If you do not choose to offer testimony, please stand in support when someone else is offering favorable testimony.
